The Piece

The Spyder kids Reflect Toddler 1/2 Zip is a fitted polyester jersey knit base layer built for cold days on the hill and everything in between. It's 100% polyester with UPF 50+ protection, so it pulls moisture away and keeps little ones comfortable while they're moving. The half-zip neck vents when things heat up. The Leopard and Multi colorways are bold enough that your kid will actually want to wear it — on the snow or headed to the lodge for hot chocolate.

It layers cleanly under a shell or kids' jacket, and the fitted cut keeps it from bunching. It's not a heavy insulating layer, so on really cold days you'll want something warmer over it. For mild days or high-output kids who run hot, it works great on its own.
