Returns Made Simple

We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why Willi’s offers a 30-day return policy on all new, unused items from the date of purchase. This includes both full-price and sale merchandise.

If your order isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Please note that shipping charges on orders under $50 are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and any package refusals will have related fees deducted from your refund. 

Return Requirements

- Items must be new and unused

- Must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation

- Returns that arrive used, damaged, or improperly packaged will be refused

- Report any order or product issues within the 30-day return period

- Used items cannot be returned, but we’re happy to assist with manufacturer defects or warranty claims. Please note that mounted skis are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

Please include the original packing list or something with your name and/or order number on it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and initiate a return for the original one. Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded (minus any shipping label costs).

Refunds

September through March, refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after we receive your return. Owing to the seasonal  nature of our business, April through August, refunds may take up to a week to process as our Distribution Center only receives packages Tuesday - Thursday. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account. Please feel free to contact us if your package is showing delivered and you have not received a note from us about your return. Thanks!

Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at the discretion of Willi’s management and will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
