HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR VISITING THE SALE

With deep discounts on such a vast selection of ski and snowboard gear, be prepared for a crowd of fellow winter sports enthusiasts! Customers are welcome to browse on their own for apparel and accessories, but those  interested in skis, snowboards, boots and other items requiring professional fitting or helpful advice may experience a wait for assistance, and will be accommodated on a first-come basis, with a greeter managing a waitlist and communicating with those waiting via text message. Please review the following information to make your visit more productive:

• Check in with the greeter when you arrive. If your visit requires assistance, a Willi's Expert will be assigned to help! If no Expert is immediately available, we will add your name to a well-managed waitlist and contact you via text message when one is free.
• Customers are welcome to browse on their own for apparel and accessories. Those on the waitlist are encouraged to check out the bargains on Willi's extensive selection of warm winter apparel while waiting. Willi's Team Members are never far away and are happy to answer questions about accessories and apparel.
• Those requiring assistance with skis, boots, snowboards, etc., will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a Willi's Expert is assigned, expect their full attention to assist with gear selection, boot fitting and sizing until you are completely outfitted!
• Customers on the waitlist will receive a text message when a Willi's Expert is available to assist them. Our text system is two-way, so if you head out to lunch or run an errand, just reply to let us know when to expect you, and your place on the waitlist will be saved.
• The Willi's Team works to accommodate Customers as efficiently as possible, while ensuring everyone is properly outfitted and has a positive experience. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!

Willi's Pre-Season Ski & Board Sale at Seven Springs will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 10-11. The final opportunity to check out Willi's Pre-Season Sale occurs in-store at Willi's on the slopes at the resort! Head to the mountains and enjoy Autumnfest weekend at Seven Springs. Hours for Willi's Pre-Season Sale at Seven Springs are Saturday,  October 10,  9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday, October 11, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
