Willi's Ski & Board — North Hills

I highly recommend this fantastic company! Despite being located in the Southeast, I was able to purchase four complete sets of snowboards, boots, and bindings by coordinating with Bill via their website and email. Selecting gear and ensuring a proper fit without visiting a shop in person can be a challenge, but Bill worked closely with us to provide an excellent setup for our very first sets of equipment. Since we live in the SE and have limited time for snowboarding, we didn't want to waste any of it shopping during the peak of the season or dealing with rentals anymore. Willi's is now my go-to for all our future snowboarding needs.

Excellent customer service. Kevin is a snowboard specialist and spent a long time explaining the differences of each board and provided great recommendations on which board and boot would be best for me. The store also provides a lifetime warranty on their snowboarding boots. Pittsburgh doesn't have many ski/snowboard stores, and this is the best I've been to in the city. I also found the selection and expertise at this location to be superior to the North Hills location.

I just had one of the best experiences i've ever had purchasing outdoor equipment. I am not very knowledgeable about ski equipment as i'm a beginner, but Jeremy took the time to help me understand whats going to work for me. If you are new to the sport, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for jeremy. You won't regret it, I promise!
