The Snowboard

The Salomon Craft LTD is a men's all-mountain freestyle board that rides like a quiver-killer without asking you to give anything up. Medium flex, a shape pulled straight from the Assassin family, and Rock Out Camber that handles groomers, park laps, and powder without skipping a beat. It's the board you grab when you don't know what the day is going to throw at you.

The LTD steps up from the base Craft with Royal Cork sidewalls instead of rubber. Cork is lighter and absorbs more impact energy, so on chopped-up afternoon snow or a sketchy landing, you feel less of the chatter and more of the ride. 

Who it's For

Intermediate to advanced riders who want one board for everything. If you're comfortable on blues and blacks and you're starting to hit side hits, build jumps, or lap the park, the Craft LTD is in your wheelhouse. The medium flex (a 3 out of 5) is forgiving enough that you won't get punished for imperfect technique, but it's got enough backbone to hold an edge on hard snow and pop off a lip with intention. 

Powder-specific boards will float better on deep days, and if you're exclusively a pipe or park specialist, a true twin gives you a more symmetrical platform. But for 95% of riding, the Craft LTD handles it.

Tech that matters

Rock Out Camber is the profile that makes this board work across conditions. Flat between your feet for a stable platform, camber underfoot for edge response and pop, and rocker at the tip and tail so it initiates turns without fighting you. 

Quadralizer Sidecut blends Equalizer RAD and Quadratic geometry. The practical result: the board carves cleanly at speed and stays quick edge-to-edge in tight spots. You get both without having to trade one for the other.

Aspen Strong core with Popster milling gives you a full-length high-density wood core, then strategically mills out material inside the insert packs. The board flexes more naturally underfoot and loads energy into the nose and tail for snap on ollies and park features.

Royal Cork sidewalls are the LTD's calling card. Cork absorbs vibration better than rubber, keeping the ride smooth when the snow gets rough without adding meaningful weight.

Sintered base, BIAX HD fiberglass with 30% bio-based resin, 4x2 inserts, and Freestyle EB - a 2-degree bevel at the nose and tail - round out a clean, well-built package. The sintered base holds wax well, so it stays fast across a full season without constant attention.
