The Jacket

The Picture Organic Clothing Luma is a relaxed-fit resort jacket built around a 10K/10K Dryplay membrane. That's 10,000 mm of waterproof protection and 10,000 g/m²/24h of breathability in a shell made entirely from 100% circular polyester, meaning the face fabric comes from recycled textile waste.

The Dryplay membrane is a polyurethane blend laminate, waterproof and windproof, lab tested and field tested. Over that sits a Teflon EcoElite™ PFC-free DWR treatment rated at 90% efficiency after 10 washes. So you're dry from both directions, and the DWR holds up through a real season of use without any perfluorinated chemistry. Picture also carries the Global Recycled Standard and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certifications on this jacket.

The Luma keeps the feature set clean and practical. You get a YKK® waterproof zip at the front, pit zip vents when things warm up, zipped hand pockets, a chest pocket with a built-in goggle cleaner, a ski pass pocket, and an ergonomic hood on a single-point adjustment. Relaxed fit means it layers well over a midlayer without pulling across the shoulders, and it moves with you rather than against you.

Picture's 100% circular construction means the fabric traces back to post-consumer textile waste, and the Teflon EcoElite™ DWR is PFC-free from the start. Fit & Sizing

The Luma runs in a relaxed fit. Picture cuts their women's jackets to move well over a base layer and a midlayer fleece without pulling, so if you're between sizes, go with the smaller one if you prefer a cleaner look, or the larger if you layer heavy. The hood adjusts on a single point, so it dials in quickly over a helmet.
