Nordica USA Team AM 4.5 (70-120) Skis 2027

The Ski

The Nordica Team AM 4.5 is a junior ski built for kids who are just figuring out what skiing even is. It comes with JR 4.5 FDT track bindings included, DIN 0.75-4.5, so there's no guesswork on setup - just boots, skis, and go. Check out our full skiing lineup if you're outfitting the rest of the family too.

What Sets It Apart

Soft composite flex and an on-piste rocker do the heavy lifting here - the ski wants to turn, so your kid doesn't have to fight it. That softness is the whole point for a beginner, but it also means this isn't the ski for a kid who's already carving blues confidently. It's built for linking first turns, not charging.

Sizing

Smaller lengths like 70 and 80cm land around sternum-to-chin height on your kid - that's our first-timer range. 90 and 100cm sit chin-to-nose for kids who've got a few days on snow. 110 and 120cm run nose-to-chin height for taller, growing skiers still working on the basics.

Why Willi's

We've been fitting Pittsburgh kids into their first skis since 1970, and we know these little sizes get outgrown fast. Stop into any of our three locations and we'll get the boots and bindings dialed in right the first time.
