The Boot
Meet the boot built to bridge the gap between comfort and real performance. The K2 Anthem X 95 BOA is a women's-specific ski boot that pairs a supportive 95 flex with true, ground-up female biomechanics — not just a smaller shell — so advancing skiers can push harder without giving up the fit and feel that keeps a long day on snow enjoyable.
Who It's For
This boot is for intermediate to advanced women skiers who are ready to carve confidently across all-mountain terrain and variable snow, and who want a boot that transfers energy directly and predictably rather than absorbing it. It's a great fit for athletic, progressing skiers stepping up from a softer entry-level boot, as well as anyone who's outgrown the forgiveness of a beginner shell but isn't ready for the stiffest, most demanding option in the line.
Flex & Fit
The Anthem X 95 BOA carries a 95 flex — a supportive, medium-stiff rating that gives intermediate to advanced skiers enough backbone to drive modern skis with authority, while still staying forgiving enough for long, fatigue-free days on the mountain. It's built to let you push harder without the harsh, demanding feel of a stiffer race-oriented boot.
Fit-wise, this is a genuine women's-specific build, not a resized men's boot. The MultiFit last (roughly 97–100mm, molding up to about 104mm) works with the BOA system to accommodate a range of foot shapes securely and precisely, while the True Align Geometry adjusts your stance angles to match female biomechanics for a more natural, centered position over the ski. Combined with the fully heat-moldable shell and liner, it's a fit that starts comfortable and can be further customized as needed.
Tech That Matters
The tech that matters here starts with the True Form Last, which K2 built specifically around female foot anatomy rather than simply narrowing a men's mold — the result is stronger heel retention and a more natural, secure fit from the very first time you step in. That's paired with True Align Geometry, which adjusts ramp angle, forward lean, cuff alignment, and the lower-leg interface to match female biomechanics, helping keep you naturally centered and balanced over the ski rather than fighting your stance.
The integrated BOA Fit System replaces traditional lower-shell buckles with a single, evenly-wrapped, micro-adjustable closure — eliminating pinch points while improving down-foot wrap and edge control, and letting you fine-tune the fit in seconds.
Inside, the P4 liner is built with a PVC outer, PE mid-foam, and an open-cell inner for soft, forgiving cushioning, plus a supportive 10mm PE tongue that adds structure without bulk — and because it's fully heat-moldable, we can dial it in at any of our 3 locations.
Why Willis
We've been fitting Pittsburgh skiers into boots since 1970, and boot fit is where we spend the most time with every customer - not just because we like to talk shop. Bring these in to any of our three locations and we'll heat mold the shell, check your volume against the True-Form last, and make sure the flex actually matches how you ski before you buy.
