The Kaliber 100 MV is Head's answer for the guy with an average-width foot who wants a boot that buckles up and just works. It's a 100mm last, four-buckle build with an anatomical shape through the toe box and a snug wrap through the heel. No gimmicks, no oversized cuff adjustments you'll never touch - just a solid mens ski boots option built for real days on the hill.

Who It's For

This one's for intermediate to advanced skiers who've got some mileage under them and want a boot that skis a groomer with authority. If you're carving up a firm morning on a crisp groomer and want your energy going into the ski instead of getting soaked up by flex, this is your boot. It's not built for wide or narrow feet - the 100mm mid-volume last is made for the average foot, so if you've got a boat or a needle for a foot, we'll steer you toward something else in the shop. And it's not a first-week-on-skis boot either. The flex range starts at intermediate-advanced, so brand new skiers should look elsewhere in our lineup.

Flex & Fit

Head built the shell with bi-injected polyurethane - stiffer through the spine of the boot for power transfer, softer overlapping plastic across the instep so getting your foot in doesn't turn into a wrestling match. That combo means you get a boot that drives a ski hard on edge but still lets you step in without cursing at 7am in the parking lot. The 100mm last gives a little extra room up front compared to a race-oriented boot, which matters when you're three hours into a day and your toes are still asking for space.

Tech That Matters

The liner is The Synapse S Liner—thinner and with a more anatomical shape—further enhances the fit with better foot retention, plus the addition of Graphene woven in for temperature regulation. That means real warmth on a cold chairlift day and it fights odor and bacteria buildup over a season of use.
