The Lock
One of our managers calls this lock "the least expensive insurance policy you will ever buy"
The DaKine Cool Lock is a compact, easy-to-carry cable lock designed to give your skis, snowboard, or other gear an extra layer of security when you're stepping away from it. Its retractable cable packs neatly into the small lock body, while the combination design eliminates the need to carry a key. With enough cable length to wrap around a board or skis and a simple resettable combination, it's a convenient piece of gear for securing equipment at the resort, on a roof rack, or during a quick break at après.
Key Features
4-Digit Combination Lock — Uses a four-number combination instead of a key, so there's nothing separate to carry or potentially lose. You can choose your own combination.
37-Inch (94 cm) Retractable Cable — The cable provides enough length to loop through skis, snowboard bindings, or a rack before locking your gear down. When you're finished, it retracts into the lock for easier storage.
Compact Design — The lock will fit in the palm of your hand, making it small enough to carry in a jacket pocket, backpack, or gear bag without taking up much space.
Lightweight Construction — At approximately 0.26 lb (0.12 kg), it adds very little weight to your kit and you wont even notice it's there.
Retractable Cable — The cable automatically stores inside the housing rather than leaving you with a loose length of cable to coil up, helping keep the lock compact and organized.
Why Willis
We've kept Pittsburgh skiers geared up since 1970, and small stuff like this is what actually gets used every single day on the hill. Stop into any of our three locations and Kevin will help you set your code!
