Arbor Cadence Snowboard 2026 with Rome Shift Bindings
The Snowboard
The Arbor Cadence is a true twin, soft-flexing park board built for women who want to spin, jib, and butter without fighting their equipment all day. Pair it with the Rome Shift bindings and you've got a complete setup that actually works together - same flex philosophy, responsive feel underfoot, and nothing fighting you when you're trying to lock into a box on a slow Pennsylvania afternoon. We carry a solid selection of snowboards at Willi's, and this combo sits in a sweet spot most women's park setups miss: genuinely fun at a price that doesn't sting.
Who It's For
Intermediate riders who've graduated past the bunny hill and are starting to eye the park at Seven Springs or Hidden Valley. If you're working on your first 180s, learning to press a rail, or just want a board that makes flatground tricks feel less like a workout - the Cadence is the right call. The soft flex forgives bad landings and rewards experimentation. Riders who want a dedicated all-mountain charger will want to look elsewhere - the Cadence is happiest in the park and on groomed runs, not charging bumps or hunting powder.
Tech That Matters
True Twin Shape - Nose and tail are identical, so switch riding feels the same as regular. No excuses.
Grip Tech - Arbor's wavy sidecut design puts more edge contact where you need it on hardpack. Seven Springs ice in January? The Cadence holds better than you'd expect from a board this soft.
Parabolic Glasswork - A fiberglass layup built for pop without stiffness. You get snap off the tail for ollies without the board feeling like a two-by-four.
Arbor Fusion Core - Sustainably sourced wood core keeps the board light and lively. Not a gimmick - lighter boards just make park riding easier on your legs at the end of the day.
Rome Shift Bindings - The Shift is Rome's entry-to-mid level strap binding with a comfortable, broken-in feel right out of the box. The EVA cushioning takes some of the beat out of repeated park laps, and the highback flex pairs well with the Cadence's softer flex rating. These aren't the bindings you upgrade to - they're the bindings you keep longer than you planned.
Sizing
The Cadence comes in 143 and 147 at Willi's. See the size table below for guidance, but if you're between sizes and park-focused, we lean shorter - easier to spin, easier to butter. Come in and we'll put both lengths on the floor for you.
Why Willi's
We've been fitting Pittsburgh riders since 1970 and we mount bindings in-house - bring this setup in and we'll have it dialed and ready to ride. Our staff rides local hills and knows what works here.
