Our experienced backshop team uses world-class Montana tuning machines, among the most advanced in the U.S., to deliver precision results every time. From quick hot waxes to full performance tunes, we have everything you need to keep your gear riding its best.


Ski & Board Tuning Services

  • Full Tune – $60 (Junior skis under 140cm – $50)
     Stone grinding with structured finish, base edge beveling, side edge sharpening, hot wax
  • Side Edge & Wax – $35 (Junior – $30)
     Side edge sharpening plus hot wax
  • Basic Hot Wax – $10 (Junior – $8)
    • Upgrade to Montana Infrared Waxing – add $15
  • Base & Edge Repair – from $10+
    • Pricing depends on extent of damage; final quote determined in store
    • Full tune required with any base repair

Ski Binding Services

Must be 18 years or older to pick up skis after binding service

  • New Ski Mount / Adjust & Test – $100
    $25 discount for each item (ski/boot/binding) purchased from Willi's
  • Adjust & Test – $25
    Recommended at least once a season to ensure bindings release properly

Performance Service

For skiers who demand the best, Willi’s Performance Tune provides the ultimate finish.

    Includes base cleaning, edge sharpening with a race finish, custom stone grind structuring, and Montana infrared waxing.

Montana Infrared Waxing

Infrared waxing, long used in World Cup race rooms across Europe, is now available at Willi’s. Our Montana Infrared Race Waxer uses light to gently heat the ski or snowboard base from the inside out. This process opens the base material for deeper wax absorption – delivering longer-lasting glide and smoother performance – without the risk of damage that can come from a traditional hot iron.
