Arbor Cadence Snowboard 2026
The Snowboard
The Arbor Cadence is a true twin park board built for women who want to spin, slide rails, and lap the features at Seven Springs without fighting their gear. It's soft, it's poppy, and it doesn't ask a lot of you - which is exactly the point. A board like this should get out of your way and let you ride.
We carry a lot of snowboards at Willi's, and the Cadence stands out as one of the more honest value plays in the women's lineup. Arbor didn't cut corners on the construction to hit a price point - the tech in here is the real deal, just packaged for riders who are earlier in the journey.
Who It's For
This one's for the women who are park-curious or already park-committed. If you're working on your first rail touches, getting your 180s dialed, or just want a board that feels forgiving when things get a little sketchy - the Cadence fits that space perfectly. The soft flex means mistakes don't punish you as hard, and the true twin shape means you can ride switch without the board fighting back.
Riders charging aggressive all-mountain terrain or who prefer a stiffer platform underfoot will want to look elsewhere - the Cadence is built around park and playful street riding, not high-speed groomers.
Tech That Matters
Arbor uses a Grip Tech sidecut profile here - multiple contact points along the edge that hold better on Pennsylvania hardpack and icy Seven Springs mornings than a standard sidecut would. And yes, that matters when the temps drop and the park gets glazed over.
The System Rocker profile - rocker between the feet, camber underfoot - gives you that loose, surfy feel in the middle for butters and presses, with enough pop at the contact points to actually pop off a jump. It's not a dead noodle.
Arbor's Fusion Glass layup keeps the board light and lively without sacrificing durability. The bio-based top sheet is their sustainability piece - real materials, not a greenwash label slapped on the packaging.
Sizing
The Cadence comes in 143 and 147 for the 2025/26 season. The 143 works well for lighter or shorter riders, or anyone who wants maximum playfulness in tight park laps. The 147 gives you a little more stability at speed and suits taller or heavier riders better. Both sizes are short enough to feel nimble - this isn't a big mountain plank.
Why Willi's
We've been fitting women's snowboards in Pittsburgh since before most of the brands making them today existed - over 50 years and counting. Come into any of our locations and we'll match you to the right size and set you up with boots and bindings that actually work together. That's the part most online checkouts skip.
