The Boot
The Salomon S/Pro Supra S Boa 95 W is built around a 100 mm last and a 95 flex that sits right at the sweet spot for intermediate to advanced women skiers who want performance without punishment. The lower shell gets an ExoWrap™ construction paired with the BOA® Fit System — two buckles up top, one BOA dial on the lower shell — so you can dial the fit throughout the day without pulling off a glove. It's a genuinely different feel from a traditional four-buckle boot: the shell wraps rather than clamps, pressure spreads more evenly, and heel hold is better.
Who It's For
This boot is for the intermediate or advancing-to-advanced women skier on a 100 mm medium-volume foot. If you're moving up from a rental or a beginner boot and want something that rewards a more aggressive stance, the 95 flex gives you that stiffness without locking you into a race-boot posture all day. It also suits a lighter-weight advanced skier who finds stiffer boots tiring — the 95 works hard here without fighting you.
Skiers who need a narrow, low-volume fit will want to look at something different. The 100 mm last is built for medium feet, and the ExoWrap construction does a lot to fill that space precisely, but it's not going to compress down to a narrow fit. Come into our expert boot fitting and we can check your foot against the shell before you commit.
Flex & Fit
A flex of 95 is a medium-stiff rating. It has real forward drive on groomed snow and holds up at speed, but it's forgiving enough at slower tempos or on softer days. The Custom Shell HD lets us heat and mold the shell, which is a meaningful upgrade over boots that only offer liner molding. The S/Pro CF Advanced liner adds pre-shaped foam with an elastic toe box and Talyn® external material for easier break-in and a lasting fit. The Women Calf Adjuster adds 11 mm of perimeter and 4 mm of height to the upper cuff, which makes a real difference if you've ever had a boot that bit into your shin by early afternoon.
The BOA H+i1 dial on the forefoot gives you micro-adjustability in spots that buckles miss. Loosen it for the chair, snug it back up for the run — it takes about two seconds.
Tech That Matters
ExoWrap™ Construction: The shell and liner work as one system, wrapping the foot rather than clamping it. Heel and ankle hold improve without added pressure points, and ski-steering feel at the foot gets more direct.
BOA® Fit System (H+i1): One dial on the lower shell pulls a lace and cable through guides in the forefoot. More tightening points than buckles give, spread across a wider area. Pull up on the dial to release fast.
Power Spine: A metal plate that connects the cuff to the shell, adding back support and a progressive forward flex. It stiffens the boot's rebound without making the flex feel abrupt.
Custom Shell HD: The shell can be heat-molded by a bootfitter to address pressure points or unusual foot shapes. Combined with the liner molding, it covers a wide range of fit problems before you add an insole.
sensiFIT™ Mesh: An alveolated PU insert on the inside of the shell that increases surface contact and distributes pressure more evenly across the foot.
GripWalk Sole (ISO 23223): Rubber heel and toe pieces that make walking on hard surfaces manageable. Compatible with GripWalk-ready bindings.
Why Willi's
We've been fitting ski boots in the Pittsburgh area since 1970. A boot like this one has enough adjustability built in that a proper shell fit and liner mold can make a significant difference — stop by any of our three locations and we'll put you in the shell before you buy. Custom footbeds are available on-site, too.
