It's built around a 44 gsm 20D recycled polyamide ripstop shell that keeps wind out and repels light moisture, paired with 700 fill power 90/10 duck down certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) and traceable through Peak Performance's Track My Down® program. The result is a jacket that packs into its own pocket, weighs just 350g, and still puts out real warmth for a dry cold day.

The Snowbank colorway gives it a clean, versatile look that works as a standalone layer or tucked under a shell. Regular fit, hip length, with an adjustable hood and the brand's signature Helium quilt pattern throughout. This one sits in our women's ski and snowboard jacket lineup as a mid-layer or light outer — not a full ski jacket, so there's no powder skirt or pit zips. What We Like

700 fill power is a genuine warmth-to-weight number — not marketing padding. At 350g the jacket disappears in a bag pocket but punches well above its weight on a cold, dry morning. The RDS certification and Track My Down® traceability matter to us too. We stock a lot of down, and Peak Performance is one of the few brands that actually backs it up with a system you can verify. The all-over print in Snowbank looks sharp paired with black or navy pants and holds up wash after wash.

Tech tip: down insulation loses its loft when wet. On a rainy or heavy-snowfall day you'll want a waterproof shell on top, or you'll want to reach for a synthetic piece instead. Keep it dry and it's one of the warmest jackets at this weight you'll find.
