The Jacket

The Goldbergh KIBO is a slim-fit, down-insulated ski jacket built around a clean alpine silhouette — the kind that earns second looks on the lift and still keeps you genuinely warm all day. It's part of our Goldbergh — Luxury Performance Meets Style collection, and it's one of the more thoughtfully constructed pieces we carry in women's outerwear. The Snow White colorway is sharp without being flashy, and the fixed hood with detachable faux fur trim gives you a polished look whether you're skiing or heading to lunch.

The outer shell is a waterproof softshell fabric — it moves with you, and it doesn't feel like you're wearing a paper bag. Insulation is a hybrid: Primaloft synthetic fill combined with RDS-certified duck down. That pairing is real. Primaloft stays warm even when wet, and the RDS certification means the down was sourced to animal welfare standards. Together they push warmth without adding bulk, which matters in a slim-cut jacket.

What We Like

The faux fur trim on the hood is detachable, so you're not locked into one look. That sounds like a small thing, but it's the difference between a jacket you wear only on mountain days and one you also reach for around town. Goldbergh's sizing runs European — the 8 through 16 range on this jacket corresponds to UK sizing — and the slim fit sits closer to the body than a standard ski jacket. That's intentional. It layers cleanly over a midlayer without the puff-jacket bulk, and it holds its shape through a full ski day..

Fit & Sizing

The KIBO runs in UK sizes 8–16. The fit is slim — snugger through the torso and shoulders than a standard ski jacket. If you're between sizes, go up. Layer a thin fleece or midlayer underneath and you'll stay warm in most conditions without fighting the fit. We'd suggest coming into any of our three locations to try it on — fit on a jacket at this price point is worth confirming in person.
