The Piece
The Goldbergh KAORI is a limited-edition Goldbergh ski pully that came out of the brand's collaboration with Copenhagen-based illustrator Mads Berg. His artwork — Japan-inspired, graphic, and confident — runs all over this pully as a full print. Night Runner is a dark, sharp colorway, and the illustrated print on it reads more like wearable art than branded sportswear. It's a midlayer that you'll actually want to be seen in at the lift, the lodge, or anywhere else the day takes you.
Goldbergh's ski pullies are built to layer under a jacket or a one-piece suit, sitting close to the body without pinching. The KAORI follows that template: a close-fitting collar, stretch construction for movement, and a longer cut that stays tucked when you bend into a turn or reach for a pole. It's a piece that works when you're skiing and holds up when you're not.
What We Like
The Mads Berg print is the obvious talking point, but the construction earns its place too. Goldbergh's ski pullies are made with stretch fabric throughout — that means no bunching under your jacket arms, no riding up when you crouch, and enough give that it never fights you. The close-fitting collar seals out drafts at the neck without a separate neck gaiter, which is one less thing to lose in the lodge.
Night Runner reads dark and graphic against the illustrated print — it works equally well under a clean black shell or something bold. And the KAORI's all-over illustration makes it the rare pully worth showing off with an open jacket at après. That's a short list.
Note: this is a slim-fit piece. If you run between sizes or prefer a relaxed layering fit, size up. It's not the pully for someone who wants room for a heavy base layer underneath.
Fit & Sizing
The KAORI fits slim through the body, which is Goldbergh's standard for their women's sportswear lineup. It's cut for layering under a jacket, so the sleeves are long and the hem hits low enough to stay put. If you're between sizes, go up — the stretch recovers well and you'll have room for a thin base layer underneath without feeling compressed.
Runs S through XXL. Standard Goldbergh fit — slim but not restrictive, built for women who ski in it, not just wear it to the mountain.
