Giro Taggert Mips Helmet
Simple and clean is the name of the game with the Taggert MIPS helmet. Boasting being a superlight helmet all while packed with simple features. In keeping with this, the in-mold construction of the Taggert fuses the outer shell directly to the impact absorbing EPS foam. The passive venting will keep the rider cool with the 2 vents in the front of the helmet while still allowing any goggle to breath well to reduce fogging. A simple fit system will allow you to change up your fit depending on the temp and being able to remove the earpads for those warm spring dats. Of course if has MIPS as well to help reduce those multi-directional hits that may occur out on the hill. Keep is clean with the Taggert.

- Construction: IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION — In-Mold Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making in-mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
- Ventalation: PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE VENTING — The discrete exterior vent design and interior channeling (including the liner and padding) combine to create optimal airflow and temperature regulation. This auto-venting technology manages airflow and temperature motion riding, hiking, or standing static.
- Fit System: IN FORM™ 2 FIT SYSTEM — The In Form 2 Fit System is lighter and lower-profile than the original, and easier to dial in a custom fit in seconds - even with gloves on. An improved dial design provides up to 6cm of adjustment plus enhanced stability.
- Safety Standards: MIPS® — Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (Mips®) is a step forward in helmet design. There are three main components to a Mips-equipped helmet: the interior foam liner, the Low Friction Liner and an elastomeric attachment system between them. In an angled impact, the elastomeric attachment system stretches to allow the foam liner to rotate independently around your head. The goal of this technology is to further reduce rotational forces.
