Willi's Ski and Board — Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

What it is: After a purchase, Willi's Ski and Board may send you a one-time customer
satisfaction survey by text, and a single follow-up message based on your reply.

How to opt in: You opt in in person at any Willi's Ski and Board location. When you
make a purchase, a team member will ask if you'd like to receive a one-time survey
text. If you say yes, you give us your mobile number and we record your consent.
Opting in is optional and is never required to make a purchase.

Message frequency: Up to 2 messages per purchase (one survey, and at most one follow-up).

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out / help: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or
call us at (412) 881-5660.
