Ski boots are created using Mondo sizing system. This is the actual length of your foot in centimeters. Do not get confused when you see sizes like 24.5 mondo on the boots. These sizes roughly correspond to 7.5 women's US shoe size for a general comfort fit.

Ski Boot Last (Width) 98-104mm
The last (or forefoot width) of a ski boot gives you an idea of how much volume or width you will have in your ski boot. The Last is measured in mm in the forefoot of the boot and is usually between 98mm and 106mm for recreational women's ski boots, with most boots falling between 98 and 104mm. 98mm Narrow - 100mm Average - 102mm Wide - 104mm Widest feet. You want your boot to be snug to transmit the energy to the snow, but not so tight that it hinders circulation and is painful.

Ski Boot Flex Rating 60-130
The flex rating is the reference to the stiffness of a ski boot. It is measured using a number between 60 and 130 for most ski boot brands. These numbers are not exact from brand to brand, but it is an excellent place to start when thinking about flex. The higher the number 130, the stiffer and more power it will take to flex the boot forward.
