The Nidecker Supermatic is a revolutionary snowboarding binding that marks a new era in snowboarding. It is the first universal, dual-entry, automatic binding, and it surpasses all other brands' attempts to create a step-in system. The Supermatic uses Drop In tech and a hiback trigger; simply push your foot in through the back and step down on the heel pedal and you're set. The straps are the comfortable AuxTech design with Locking Slap Ratchets to ensure a secure fit. The binding is compatible with any boot from any brand and powder conditions are no problem. If desired, you can even strap in like a regular binding. The baseplate is made from bulletproof glass-filled-nylon with a Slip-N-Grip plate for ease of entry, and the nylon Asym Hadron hiback is designed for the perfect fit and response. A roller on the heelcup and an integrated forward lean adjuster round off the design for full customization.

• Chassis: The Asym Rockered Matic-Series Heel Pedal is designed with a self-cleaning mechanism to avoid snow build-up and allows for three engagement clicks for increased security. The release lever, located on the medial side of the baseplate, allows for easy unlocking of the engagement system and lifting of the boot up and out. The heelcup roller reduces friction and guides the heel of the boot down for a buttery-smooth entry and exit. The Slip-N-Grip Plate reduces friction with the outsole of the snowboard boot and provides underfoot comfort of 2.5° Bankbeds. The Nylon Multidisk provides 4HP + 3HP + Channel for further ease of use.
• Highback: Asym Hadron-Hiback – This lightweight nylon hiback is designed with an asymmetrical contour to perfectly fit Nidecker's asymmetrical boot cuffs, especially at canted riding angles. Reclining Highback – With the Reclining Hiback, riders can enjoy the fastest automatic entry system. This hiback fully folds down, creating a large opening for easy and convenient boot entry.
• Ankle Strap: Introducing the Hybrid ExoFrame PowerStrap – designed to provide the same feeling and performance of a two-strap, but with an ankle-toe connection that keeps the straps in place for easy entry. This hybrid strap also delivers energy more efficiently and allows you to ride with the straps less tight. For added convenience, the Active Strap feature lifts the footstrap out of the way when reclining the hiback, allowing you to get your boot in and out easily. Plus, the straps will hug your boot with the same tightness you initially set them each time you drop in.
