At Willi’s, we want your online shopping experience to be as easy as possible. That’s why we offer FREE Economy Shipping on most orders of $50 or more (continental U.S. only).*

Order Processing

• Orders ship Monday–Friday, 8am–2pm EST
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  
• UPS and USPS do not pick up or deliver on certain holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.) or during severe weather events. Orders placed during these times ship the next business day

Economy (FREE on orders $50+)

• Ships within 1-3 business days
• Transit time: 1-6 business days (see UPS transit map below)
• May take up to 5 business days to ship during busy times
• Note: Some items may ship separately and take an additional 1-5 business days

Ground

• Ships within 1-3 business days
  
• Transit time: 1-6 business days
  

3-Day

• Ships within 1-3 business days (order by 2pm EST, Mon-Fri)
• Transit time: 3 business days

2-Day

• Ships within 24 business hours (order by 2pm EST, Mon–Fri for same-day shipping)
  
• Transit time: 2 business days

Overnight

• Ships within 24 business hours (order by 2pm EST, Mon–Fri for same-day shipping)
  
• Arrives the next business day
• May not be available in the off-season

Carriers

Most orders ship via UPS. Some may ship via USPS (note: USPS does not guarantee delivery times).

Important Notes

• Free shipping applies only to the continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii & Alaska)
• Oversized items, clearance, and close-out products may not qualify for free shipping (noted on product pages and at checkout)
• Bargain-priced items do not qualify for free shipping and are only available while supplies last
• “Online only” or “ships separately” items may take an additional 2-3 business days to ship
• Expedited options (Next Day & 2-Day) are guaranteed for business days only (no weekends or holidays).
