Willi’s ships all orders from Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm EST.  Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order (Mon-Fri). Please note, there are some UPS and USPS black out dates when there is no pick-up or delivery service (examples: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and other special holidays or severe weather-related events). Orders placed during these times usually ship on the next business day after the holiday period is over.

 Free shipping is applied automatically to most* orders over $50 (lower 48 states)

• Takes 1-6 business days to arrive once the item ships (depending on your location - see chart)
• Please note: Transit times indicated on our shipping page may not apply to items noted in the cart at checkout as ‘shipping separately’. These items may take another 1-5 days to arrive depending on your shipping address location.

We ship via UPS on most orders. 

 * Our Free shipping policy is applicable only to orders within the continental United States. It does not apply to residents of Hawaii or Alaska. It also does not apply to select over-sized items and select items in our Clearance and Close-Out departments. These items will be marked on the product's detail page and in the shopping cart. Free shipping can be applied when qualifying items are purchased in addition to specially marked. Willis Bargain pricing may only affect select colors and sizes of a particular product. This special pricing will be highlighted in red in the item’s color and size selection box’s drop down menu. Bargain rates do not apply to non-highlighted color/size options.

 

Bargain priced items do not qualify for free shipping and are only valid while supplies last. These special discounts may be removed at any time and without warning.

 Next Day and 2nd Day shipments are guaranteed based on business days. They do not ship on the weekend or Holiday.
