Salomon designed the Stance line of skis to blend the line between a soft and hard snow ski. The Stance 84 is the most approachable ski in that line. Any intermediate skier will be able to progess along with this model. A full sidewall the length of the ski along with a singular sheet of Titanal keeps the stiff and stable while on edge. With strategically placed carbon windows, this might be one of the dampest feeling skis in its class on the market. The full poplar woodcore is snappy when exiting a turn. A slight rise of rocker in the tip keeps the ski loose at those slower speeds.
