rome-volt-fase-womens-snowboard-bindings
Rome Volt FASE Womens Snowboard Bindings 2027

The Binding

The Rome Volt FASE is a rear-entry binding built for women who want a fast strap-in and a soft, forgiving ride underfoot. Step into the FASE Fast Entry system and the highback pops up on its own - no digging your glove into a strap while your toes go numb in a lift line. The baseplate is Rome's MonoFrame Platform, a single piece of injected nylon that flexes evenly across the footbed instead of going stiff in one spot and soft in another. Pair that with a flex rating of 5-6 out of 10 and you get a binding that leans playful, not locked-down.

Riders chasing a stiff, high-speed carving feel will want something with more backbone. This one's built for days spent moving between groomers, side hits, and laps through the park, and it works for beginners still finding their edge control just as well as advanced riders who want a looser, more forgiving feel underfoot.

What Sets It Apart

The strap package is where the Volt FASE earns its price. OmniFlex ankle straps wrap the boot without digging into one pressure point, ProGrip toe straps hold heel-to-toe contact without needing a death grip, and the FASE Kink Ladder Straps give a wider adjustment range than most rear-entry bindings offer. That extra range matters if your boot doesn't sit dead center in a "medium" - it's the difference between a strap that's dialed and one that's just close enough. Rome built this binding to widen the flex options inside their fast-entry lineup, so riders who wanted the speed of step-in convenience without a boardy, one-flex feel finally have something built more toward slush-day riding and hiking the park than pure resort cruising.

Why Willis

We've been fitting boots to bindings and bindings to boards out of the South Hills since 1970, and we still do it by hand at the counter instead of guessing off a size chart.
